If you are a user or have been a user of our services, your personal details may be recorded on our CRM database and we will cross-check information you give us with the information recorded on our CRM database.

Purpose for processing your information

We need to know basic personal information in order to provide you with the services that you have engaged us to provide and to assert our right to be compensated in return for those services as per the services agreement or other contract in place between us.

If you do not provide this information, we will not be able to provide the services and we will not collect personal data from you that we do not need for this purpose without your consent.

We will not use your personal data for any other purpose unless you explicitly instruct us to do so.

  • Right of portability – you have the right to have the data we hold about you transferred to another organisation.

  • Right to object to automated processing, including profiling – you also have the right to be subject to the legal effects of automated processing or profiling.
  • Right to judicial review: in the event that we refuse your request under rights of access, we will provide you with a reason as to why.
